"This was a great house for our needs. There were 9 of us, 4 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space!!! Beautiful kitchen. Close to all the things we wanted to do, beach, shops and restaurants. The only thing I would keep in mind is the stairs, there are lots of them. The pool could be cleaner but the kids didn't mind at all. Would totally book it again.

"We stayed here for a friends' trip and had an amazing experience. Evelio was incredibly responsive and helped us right away when we needed to get the propane filled for the grill, which we really appreciated. The place itself was beautiful and perfect for a large group—plenty of space and everything we needed was provided. We also loved how easy it was to access the shuttle service, which made getting around Siesta Key super convenient. If I ever plan a trip back to Siesta Key, I would absolutely stay here again!

"We had a wonderful stay at this property last week! The house was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The host was fantastic—very attentive, responsive, and great at communicating, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The pool area is beautiful and nicely shaded, perfect for relaxing after a day out. While the beach isn't within walking distance, it's just a short drive to a public beach access, so getting there was no problem. Overall, we had a great time and would happily stay here again!

"We had the best time during our stay in Siesta key and Evelio was super to work with the entire time! We did have one small issue and he answered my text message immediately and dealt with our concerns. The house was so roomy and open and we never felt crowded, even with all of us in inside at the same time.I would recommend this property to anyone traveling with family or friends.

"We had a perfect time at this house. It was extremely affordable for the size, location and amenities. The pool is gorgeous, hidden amount lush and exotic landscaping. It is lit up at night which adds to the aesthetic. There is a large deck with a grill, perfect for our large family. The space inside is open concept and extremely spacious. The house was very very clean. Beyond that, our host, Evelio, was very responsive, helpful and proactive. We were allowed to check in early and were greeted with a lovely gift basket. The house was perfect for our family of 10. We all felt comfortable and each had private spaces. The house is also very close to the village and beach. We would definitely love to enjoy this house in the future.

"This property was amazing and perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean. The pool was awesome and warm. Love that it is a saltwater pool. Not far from the village. We rented a golf cart all week and that worked perfectly. Evilio, the house manger, was the best ! He was great at communicating with us and very prompt with anything that we needed. "The house had tons of space for our large group of adults. We visited on a beach / golf trip over spring break. Overall the house was even nicer than the photos. Pool was excellent and outdoor space was very private. The interior was very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing time. The neighborhood is beautiful with many upscale houses. Getting to the beach was a drive or shuttle. 45 minute walk to Siesta Village if you like to get your steps in.

"We absolutely loved the blue house ! So much room in this lovely home. My husband and some family stayed and we enjoyed it so much ! It is so peaceful there, we slept the best we have in months!! The kitchen is well stocked for your needs the beds were so comfortable. It is a fabulous location I walked to the beach several times. There are chairs for the beach a wagon and umbrellas and coolers. The outside it gorgeous! It's an oasis of beauty! The privacy was so nice to have ! The pool had some issues but we swam a lot in it . We will definitely be back for sure to stay here !!!the manager was amazing and so helpful. Great person !!!

"We had a great stay! The house comfortably held 2 families with teens! The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of linens/beach towels! The beach gear and coolers were awesome to use…..you honestly don't need to bring a thing for a beach day! The salt water pool was fabulous for evenings or when we needed an off beach day! The neighborhood is cute and a very close to walk to shell beach for a sunset view! There's great shelling at turtle beach! Lido beach was our favorite (tons of sand dollars out on the sandbar!) Siesta key beach was nice, but very crowded! Overall, awesome vacation with friends and family! Thanks again!
