"Beautiful and Spacious Palace — Perfect for Our Family Wedding! The place was extremely spacious, with eight bedrooms giving everyone plenty of room to relax and get ready for the big day. I loved the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The location was also fantastic — very close to the wedding venue, which made everything so convenient. We loved that the home was well-kept, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for such a special occasion. It was truly the perfect place for our family to stay during such an important time. Highly recommend for anyone planning a large family event or wedding stay!

"This house is really, really nice and if it suits your needs, absolutely book it. It's huge!! Not only does it have a lot of sleeping areas, but the common spaces are really big, so even though we had a large group, we never felt crowded. There are lots of different hang out areas and the view is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is so nice, especially at sunset. I 100% recommend booking this house. We had a wonderful time.

"BOOK IT!!!!!! We had a group of 16 stay here for my husbands 40th and it was nothing short of AMAZING!!!!! We had another location booked which canceled on us hours before our planes left. In a sheer panic we found this home and are SO glad we did! This house completely made our trip! We will be talking about this house and our stay for years to come! The hosts were more than accommodating, letting us check in early and checking on us to see if we needed anything from time to time. The home was sparkling clean, and had more than enough room for all of us. The outdoor pool area and view was breathtaking! Sipping cocktails outside by the pool was a dream! We also took full advantage of the pickle ball courts! Our group does a lot of Air BnB bookings and this was by far our best experience ever!

"Such a beautiful house peaceful surrounding beautiful pool has a basketball court in tennis area for the kids that is a big plus . thank you so much Mr. Keith he is top tier one of the best host I have ever had. Whatever we needed . He took care of it. We even had a newborn baby. We let him know. He made sure the baby was taken care of he had a bassinet waiting and a swing what more can you ask for will highly recommend anyone looking for a getaway house to visit this house you will not be disappointed Can't wait to visit more of his properties to create more memories. "Don't think twice, book now! This was hands down the best experience I've had with a vacation rental, anywhere. The property manager and hosts had superb customer service and hospitality, the home was better than described, fully stocked and clean with breathtaking views. Not to mention the location and comfort we experienced was perfect, not far from airport and very close to a lot of groceries and shopping. The experience was unmatched and priceless. Trust me, you won't regret.

"I rarely give out reviews or survey's after staying in VRBO's, but this property...WOW..!!!!!! What a great house to spend the weekend with the family. The house is setup perfectly for a lot of people with open spaces huge rooms, every bedroom has its own bathroom. The fixtures, furniture and kitchen appliances are all top of the line. We had our family Christmas gathering and had 16 people with grandchildren and our kids enjoy every moment. Plenty of things to do, never left the house. Enjoyed the sport court, played basketball, pickle pall (for the first time) and kids road their bikes. Afternoons spent family time in the heated pool looking at high country vistas...what a view looking from the infinity pool. If you want 5-STAR quality resort property, this is the place to rent. Highly recommend the property and will definitely come back. Oh, the property manager and owner..."the best I have every dealt in renting properties"...you will not be disappointed.

"We got together for a family Thanksgiving. The home was magnificent! Has every amenity you would want or desire. The heated pool and outdoor fireplace was a plus for a big group. They even supplied pool towels and inflatables. There were two pickleball courts and a basketball court on the property. The kitchen was fully outfitted with every appliance you could need. The pantry was stocked with all sorts of supplies including paper products, dinner ware, glasses, serving pieces, cooking utensils, pots, pans. And there were a many sundries such as spices and coffee. You name it, this house has it. The bedrooms were comfortable and lush. They even had special soaps and body washes available in every bathroom. Keith was very communicative, and encouraged us to contact him if there was anything we needed. The home is private and secluded with beautiful views. I cannot say enough about this stay. It was incredible and well worth every penny spent in booking.

Luxury Family Retreat

"15 family members travelled to San Antonio for a family wedding. We wanted a place where everyone could stay together but yet not feel cramped. The property far exceeded our expectations. Everything from beds to appliances to furnishings was top of the line. Our stay was wonderful and everyone was comfortable. I contacted the host a couple of times with questions and he responded immediately and was very helpful. Superb hospitality. Thank you, Keith, for sharing your home with us. It was well worth the cost, no regrets.

"The house was amazing, just like the photos. It had many seating areas for my retreat and lots of space to spread out. Our private chef said it was a well stocked kitchen and he loved using it. Would definitely stay again if I ever go back to San Antonio!

"This home and property is absolutely beautiful! We stayed over the 4th of July weekend with our grown kids and 6 grandchildren ages 2-13. We enjoyed an amazing view of the trees and rolling hills of San Antonio, with a bonus of fireworks shows all across the horizon. Keith is friendly, responds promptly, and is very accommodating! He even purchased a high chair and pack-n-play, and made sure the safety fence on the pool was put up just for our visit! The pantry is stocked with more than the basics, and the cookware and utensils are top of the line quality. It was super convenient to have plenty of refrigerator space, plus two sets of large capacity washers and dryers. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The quiet, secluded location is ideal with grocery and restaurants 5-10 miles away. I have nothing negative to say about this home - it was a perfect week of feeling spoiled while enjoying family time! We are so happy we chose this home and would definitely come back again!

"We were a group of 15 college friends playing golf and hanging out. The house is great. There are enough beds for 14 to have their own. The house is well equipped with high quality items. Ample room for food storage and prep to handle the size of our group. They were also very well stocked with spices and staples. The owner was great to work with. If going back to San Antonio I would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful house with amazing views

"We rented the house so 9 family members could stay together and visit. The house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group like ours. The pool was clean, there was pool toys for the kids and comfy lounge chairs for the adults. Kitchen is fantastic, note they have lots seasonings and condiments in the pantry. In their Chefs kitchen, you will lack for nothing. Keith, the host, is very easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely stay at the house again in the future. Thank You

"Our group had a fantastic stay in this huge, modern home! We had plenty of room to spread out and even with 19 people in the house, it never felt crowded. The beds are comfortable, the pool was perfect and the views were incredible! Keith was amazing to work with & even helped us set up horseback riding not far from the house.
