"We had a great time enjoying this spacious home with private pool & deck area. It was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Many great memories were made in the heated pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet with the nearby marina. The boat traffic was entertaining as we chatted with passersby. The passing boats were not noisy or intrusive at all in the canal. Would definitely stay again if our travels take us back to Sarasota.

"House was amazing! Beautifully decorated, high end kitchen appliances and the pool and outdoor area was great. We traveled with family for Thanksgiving Holiday week, visiting relatives in the area. Great location, driving access to many great restaurants and beaches. Siesta Key is a 10 min drive and we want daily for morning walks on the beach, great way to start the day. We did rent a boat as they suggested but only for the day, but in future will do it longer since the dock access is very convenient. Highly recommend!

"Where do I start, this place was hands down the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at! Jaw dropping high ceilings, high end kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, a dreamy master suite and the views are breath taking. This place is luxury but felt at home instantly. We had the most amazing time here, our kids loved the pool, game room, and watching their shows on the outside tv. My husband enjoyed fishing every day from the dock, we also got to see a dolphin swim right next to it. If you want a nice relaxing vacation with views, this is your place! Plus everything we needed was within a 10 minutes drive including siesta beach

"Beautiful house, the pool is just as beautiful as the pictures online. It's not overly huge, but it felt plenty big enough for the 6 of us. The hot tub warms up fast and got nice and hot. The inside of the house is more spacious than I expected. The kitchen is huge and really nicely furnished (I like to cook and having lots of pots, pans, nice knives, etc is really nice). There are TVs everywhere, so we could always have music or sports on in the background. There are plenty of nice restaurants around, and the public beach is 10-12 minutes away by car. The manager seemed very responsive, though we really didn't have to contact him much as we didn't experience hiccups or issues. He called me on our first day right after we landed and gave me the code to the house and we were able to check in a couple hours early. The pool area is about 100 yards from the marina, which stayed pretty active - if some mild background noise is a big issue for you, it might not be ideal, but it was definitely not enough to impact us in any meaningful way. Really thought this was a great place, and the price was exceptional for what we got.

"Just back from a very enjoyable week - 2 adults, 3 older teens. House was lovely, super clean, spacious and exactly as promised in the photos. Very well furnished, everything was spotless and extremely well equipped. Four very spacious bedrooms, living room very comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. Highlight was outdoor space though, big covered lounge area and outdoor kitchen. Perfect for escaping the sun and watching the late afternoon storms roll through. Pool itself great, kids loved the in pool sun loungers and watching the boats passing on the canal in front of the house. Just off the main road but no road noise at all because of the boatyard at the end of the canal. Location overall great as only a short drive to Siesta Key beaches and other Sarasota attractions. Highly recommend the house and host. Latter very helpful with recommendations or where to eat, what to do and boat rental.
